This hotel has the highest level of value to money you can get. As a first visit you can get the heart of Dubai near Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall and the fountains which all of these you can simply walk to. All other attractions is up to 15-25 mins away (for example safari is about 25 mins away). The view to burj khalifa from the rooms balcony and from the pools is one of the best sights you can have in the modern world. The service staff in this hotel is something else, the cleanliness in every corner and the quality along side spectacular design smells luxury and uniqueness everywhere.

Staff at the reception and overall were outstanding . Professional and helpful with requests. The location and link to the Dubai Mall was extremely convenient. The lobby, café and rooms were elegant and refined as you walk in. Rooms were spacious, clean, relaxing with beautiful and well supplied bathrooms.

The hotel is clean and smells nice. The View from the balcony of pool and Burj Khalifa. Overall the stay was very wonderful. All the reception staff are respectful, especially Ahmad, Amr and Pamela. Thank you so much.

I booked this place for my brother and parents who were celebrating their wedding anniversary. I was not accompanying them. From what I was told the location is fantastic with the air bridge connecting to the metro and Dubai mall. Plus in the vicinity this was a stand alone building with a bit more privacy. The views were great, Breakfast was nice and the staff was also good for the most part. The hotel surprised us with complimentary fruit baskets twice along with some chocolates and an anniversary cake for my parents which really was appreciated.

We stayed at the hotel during Ramadan, so it was a very calm and quiet stay. The staff was super friendly in all areas from the check-in to the check-out. We had a club room with an amazing view to Burj Kalifah and Dubai mall. Although the hotel is located in the very busy downtown of Dubai it is a pretty relaxing and quiet place with 3 pools whre you can rest between or after a journey. I want to highlight the service in the club longe. Prabesh and Jacob hosted us perfectly and could read every wish from our lips. The food was just great so we did not use any restaurant outside the hotel (except a BBQ-Dinner in the desert). We just can highly recommend this beautiful hotel!!!

The staff were exceptional, helpful and friendly. The business club lounge was comfortable with good facilities and excellent service. Maybe the mini steaks today could have been more tender and the choice of main dishes a little limited, but that’s a minor point and the food was of high standard. Niyaal was very detailed and helpful with a number of questions I had in relation to relocating to Dubai and Jacob and Prabesh went out of their way to provide highly professional service. The spa was excellent, and Salma was highly knowledgeable on various health matters and provided a Balinese massage which was relaxing but also rejuvenating. The pool area was comfortable and enjoyable where I spent some time working. The rooms were of a high standard and comfortable to stay in. The air conditioning in both rooms I stayed in needed adjusting so that the thermostat control would work, as too cold. Ben at the reception, was especially helpful as was Tony. I really enjoyed my stay here and will recommend/ come back.

Fantastic stay. The room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, connected to the Dubai Mall and close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to move around the city. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable from start to finish. Nice restaurants with a fantastic view of Burj Khalifa. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!
